- We do not guarantee job placement or a specific number of jobs in any particular category or domain.
- We cannot guarantee interviews as we do not influence the internal hiring decisions of third-party employers.
- Your success depends entirely on your skills, qualifications, and how well you match the employer's requirements.
- Job availability fluctuates based on real-time market demand.
5 Payments & Third-Party Processors
Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. We utilize third-party payment processors (Razorpay and Cashfree) to handle financial transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to their respective Terms and Privacy Policies in addition to these Terms.
Liability Disclaimer:
- Transaction Failures: Surely Remote is not responsible for transaction failures caused by gateway errors, banking system downtime, or insufficient funds.
- Double Debits: If an amount is deducted twice due to a technical glitch at the gateway level, the payment gateway typically processes an auto-refund within 24-48 hours. We do not control this automated process.
- Disputes: Any dispute regarding payment processing must be resolved with the payment gateway or your bank using the transaction reference ID.
6 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Surely Remote, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

7 Safety Guidelines & Fraud Protection
While we strive to verify listings, the dynamic nature of job aggregation means illegitimate listings may occasionally appear. Users must exercise due diligence.
Payment Warning
NEVER pay money to any company offering job placement, interviews, or employment opportunities. Legitimate employers will never ask for upfront fees, registration costs, or money for "work equipment" before hiring.
Protect Your Data
NEVER share sensitive data (Bank details, OTPs, Credit Card info) during initial communications. Legitimate employers may request standard ID proof only AFTER a formal offer letter is released.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from interactions with employers or third parties found through our platform.
8 Intellectual Property
The original content, design, and functionality of this website are the exclusive property of Surely Remote. Third-party content, including company logos and job descriptions, remains the property of their respective owners and is displayed under fair use for informational purposes.
