1 Eligibility for Refund
Customers who request a refund within 24 hours of the transaction are eligible for a full refund. We believe this gives you sufficient time to explore our platform, verify the quality of our listings, and check if they are suitable for you.
Please note: Refund requests submitted after this 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund, partial or otherwise.
2 Requesting a Refund
To locate your account and process your request efficiently, please ensure you follow these steps:
- You must send the email from your Registered Email Address.
- Please verify your identity by mentioning your Registered Phone Number in the email body.

Important Next Step: After you request a refund, we will send you an email asking for confirmation. Please reply to that email within 48 hours to verify your request and process the refund.
3 Refund Processing & Timeline
Once your refund request is approved by Surely Remote, we will initiate the transaction immediately.
Processing Responsibility:
We utilize third-party payment gateways (Razorpay and Cashfree) to process all financial transactions. Once a refund is initiated from our dashboard, the processing time is determined solely by the banking system and the payment gateway.
- Timeline: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days.
- Delays: We have no control over bank processing times. We cannot expedite this process once the funds have left our system.
- Tracking: If you do not receive the refund within the specified timeframe, we will provide you with a Refund Reference ID (ARN/RRN). You must use this ID to contact your bank or the payment gateway's support for status updates.
